Pale bright straw colour. Pure nose, (a little hint of oak or rather flinty?), some peppery notes, youthful fruit, apple, pear, citrus herbal and some grapey notes. Fresh, pure and medium bodied with a fresh backbone, good purity and rather long aftertaste.
