Bright light golden colour. Intense nose, certainly Retsina with balsamic and herbal spiciness, well balanced with pure fruit and good sensation of "wine" rather than classic Retsina, citrus lime and white fleshed fruit. The palate has good balance and spiciness, long finish and a fresh backbone. Difficult to judge as a classic wine but truly well made for the style.
