Dense dark purple/black core. Modern nose displaying some new oak, black pepper, clove and ripe dark fruit like cassis and blackberry. Rather full palate but rounded texture, integrated tannin, a fresh backbone and modest oak, nice spicy and meaty notes on the finish.
