Bright straw colour with a light golden hue and a lively mousse. Layered nose displaying ripe yellow fruit, ripe citrus, some pastry and butter with fresh nuts. Nice balance on the palate with a bright freshness giving a lift to the ripe fruit, rather unctuous and bold with a lush creamy finish.
