Bright light golden colour. Pure and intense nose showcasing some new oak, vanilla and clove notes with fresh butter, yellow plum, peach with some grassy and herbal notes. The palate is textured and bold, finely balanced by a ripe acidity underneath, sweet citrus flavours like confit de citron and a long and bold finish.
