Light bright straw colour with a youthful mousse. Aromatic and fresh nose of citrus zest, crushed apple, and some herbal notes, rather broad and creamy palate, some grapey notes, a slight hint of skin bitterness, rounded acidity, youthful and fresh fruit on the finish.
