Intense inky dark core. The nose is floral with notes of rose petal, violet, crushed dark berries, cassis and some oak/spicy notes. Nice palate, dense and vigorous with some maturity, still some tannic presence but layers of juicy fruit with a generous spiciness, a fresh backbone and a long lingering finish.
