Bright straw colour with a green hue. Pure aromatics of wild herbs, lemongrass, white fleshed fruits and fennel. Good bite on the palate, it starts out discreetly but grows and shows nice volume, high ripeness but balanced by a vibrant freshness and fine extract. Savoury and long finish.
