Pure and refined nose, perhaps a mild streak of oak but predominantly red fruit like raspberry, cherry, plum, with pink citrus, grape, chalk, crushed nuts in a bold, yet non-oxidative profile. Ample and voluminous with bolder pinot-flavours, classic dosage level, a sweet impression considering the ripe fruit, yet leaning towards a drier finish with well-balanced creaminess, some autolytic complexity where nougat and pastry meet floral red fruit followed by a long and supple finish.
