Intense dark purple core with a viscous texture. Rather classic nose towards Bordeaux-blend with cassis, plum, sage and leather. However the palate is sweet in the style of a vintage port, well-balanced with tangy cassis flavours, balanced acidity, lush crushed berry fruit and good length.
