Quite low colour intensity here. Appearing quite youthful with a straw, pale straw colour, with a slight green tinge. Youthful bubbles as well. The nose is quite restrained here, also displaying youth in terms of citrus, lime, green apple. Palate is fresh and vivid. A youthful mousse, quite high acidity. Still slightly restrained in terms of fruit. There is not a lot of evolution here, more on the lime, citrus zest, with some green apple notes, fresh almond. Quite youthful mousse and a medium-long finish.
