Deep core here, very intense ruby almost opaque, but the rim has a certain evolution, more towards the tawny brick. Sweet nose here of sweet spices, almost like gingerbread, clove; sweet red berries, plum, cherry. Palate has a good weight, it’s a quite grainy texture with a certain level of tannin that has integrated well here. Juicy and fresh, bright acidity with a good mix of dark and red berries. Fine spiciness as well, I like this almost like ginger, sweet pepper spiciness. It’s warm, it’s ripe for sure, but still well-balanced in terms of ripe tannins and good acidity, with a doubtlessly long finish.
