Inky dark purple core and hue. Pure nose offering ripe black currant, plum and cherry with mild ok, sweet spice and herbal notes. The palate shows a high concentration and density, still youthful but with ripe tannin, balanced acidity and layers of savoury dark fruit with some butterscotch notes from new oak, long finish, good potential, leave for another few years for it to fully open.
