Clear light golden colour with fine small bubbles. The nose is complex with some development and yeast derived notes of brioche and fresh butter mingle with roasted hazelnut, nougat, plum and fig. Medium weight on the palate with a nice freshness, a slight hint of sweetness with flavours of butterscotch and caramel with a long, gently creamy finish.
