Bright straw colour with a medium intense mousseux. Fine nose, nuanced with lime, citrus, apple pear and fresh nuts. The palate is quite full but with an excellent freshness and fine creaminess, discreet and firm with fine persistency, purity and a mineral finish with good length and bite.
