Germany,
Wurttemberg,
Medium intense colour here, ruby-red with some evolution. Quite a spicy nose, displaying more red fruity notes, plum, red berries, dried spices like pepper, ginger, cardamom, a slight hint of oak as well. Medium weight on the palate. Still with a quite pronounced tannin, so quite a high extract here. With juicy red fruit. Underlined spicy notes like ginger and pepper. Still with a high acidity, so well balanced acidity. Quite long finish. Attractive red fruit and a fine spiciness on the aftertaste as well. Yet, that presence of tannin would like me to put it back in the cellar for another two to three years.
