Medium deep golden colour. Mature and complex nose, some mushroom notes at first but still pure with more fruit emerging from aeration, ripe apricot, pineapple, honey and candied ginger. Crisp palate with a fresh acidity and good extract, well-preserved considering its age with pleasant yellow fruit notes, an aged sweetness with candied fruit, yet remaining firmly dry with a long and spicy finish.
