Bright light golden colour. Pure and floral nose with flinty notes, a gentle toastiness, crushed almond, fresh stone fruit like peach and yellow plum with lemongrass and lime. Great bite on the palate, very salivating with both ripeness and a healthy dose of acidity, fine (if any) oak with discreet vanilla and elegant toastiness. Very long, bright and pure finish.
