Bright light golden colour with a gentle fizz. Fragrant nose with a fine toastiness, roasted nuts, fine oak, ripe yellow fruit, citrus and fresh butter, rather Burgundian. Very nice bite on the palate, ripe but fresh with layers of fruit like fresh pineapple, roasted nuts and some buttery notes, and a long and lingering finish.
