Inky dark purple core and hue. Intense and modern nose with new oak and toast - inky dark fruit, blackberry, cassis, pepper and smoked meat. Dense and concentrated palate with ample dark fruit, eppery and spicy notes with a gentle smokiness, ripe tannin but still a youthful texture and oak presence, good length but would need some time to soften and integrate the wood.
