Intense dark purple colour. Modern nose displaying roasted new oak, butterscotch, ripe dark fruit, jammed plum, Kirsch and a peppery spiciness. Youthful palate, concentrated with high extraction, sweet dark fruit, some oak and toast notes with a long dense finish. Ambitious but still unresolved with high extraction/oak dominating. Drink after 2022.
