Germany,
Wurttemberg,
Light golden colour still with a youthful appearance, thanks to a slight green presence. Pure nose, good intensity here. A lot of vibrant fresh fruit, almost with a grapy hint, like fresh grapes. After that, we add some citrus lime, those zesty notes. The fruit is ripe but not tropical, so it is more on that yellow apple, pear. Dry and distinct, so classic dryness without any residual sugar. Good grip and extract. There are some notes of lemon zest, lime zest there. Slight hint of chalked minerality. Pure focused finish, medium towards long. So good grip, still youthful and restrained. Doubtlessly a wine with a good potential for further ageing.
