Inky dark ruby core and a mature rim. Intense and mature nose showing ripe dark fruit, cassis, kirsch, leather, tobacco and some balsamic notes. Dense palate, still a tannic bite and bold cassis and liquorice flavours, spicy and long on the finish. Still needing some time to soften.
