Medium deep ruby red colour with a mature tawny rim. Pure nose that offers red fruit and wild herbs with fine nuance and layers. The palate is sweet but balanced by a fine herbal bitterness with pepper and liquorice notes, nuanced and complex with a very long and intense finish. Lovely stuff.
