Deep golden colour with a very intense and pure perfume of aniseed, dried herbs, liquorice and some dried fruit notes. Concentrated, pure and intense flavours with spicy liquorice and mint notes. Diluted with water it shows a fine balance with lovely bite and character with a long and spicy finish. Very nice.
