Israel,
Galilée,
White wine with a truly golden nuance quite viscous, in terms of texture, indicating a certain sweetness. Very nice nose here, very floral, with a high level of ripeness here, indicating stone fruits, yellow fruits, honey, pineapple, with some floral and also some spicy notes there. Palate has a high concentration here. There is a slight phenolic presence there. Slight hint of tannin extract. It gives me a lot of dried spices as well like caraway and a bit like anise seed, liquorice. Then we have sweet, like candied orange zest there. Fairly long finish as well, the sweetness is well integrated. Very interesting style of sweet wine. Aromatically quite fat in the direction of Pinot Gris or actually Gewurztraminer due to that spiciness. A wine I think is not sweet enough for dessert, but rather use it at the beginning of the meal; with some foi gras, or duck liver, or rather with a cheese. So not a sweet plate there. Well balanced, a certainly interesting sweet wine.
