Israel,
Galilée,
Medium deep ruby-red colour, has lost some of that youthful blue already. Quite intense nose, rather on the spicy side, some peppery notes, some hints of plum, and a mix of red and dark berries. There is a slightly smoky element shining through on the palate, which is a bit more than medium weight. It has a quite loose texture, with a quite rounded and fruit forward. With a good concentration of fruit, I would still call it mid-weight, in terms of tannins being quiet soft and subtle. It is rather rounded medium, long finish. It offers now a nice drinkability with that sweet, red and dark fruit, with those smoky and peppery notes on the finish.
