Light golden colour with a rather mild mousse. Spicy character with riper pinot-like fruit aromas of plum, red berries, windfall, roasted nuts and gingerbread. Ample palate with rather high ripeness, spicy and distinct grower style with generous fruit, some butter and yoghurt notes, clove and pepper, bone dry with a nice fresh bite, rounded creaminess and a long spicy finish.
