Bright medium deep golden colour and finely distributed small bubbles. Intense and mature nose showing some new oak, vanilla and butterscotch with some smoky and roasted notes, lemon curd and sweet stone fruit. The palate has mature flavours that flirt with sweetness but a youthful and nervy freshness with fine creaminess, nutty, spicy and complex with good layers and an intense and long finish with plenty of precision.
