Pale colour with a bright hue and a gentle veil of bubbles. Floral nose with a herbal spiciness, citrus, white fleshed fruit and a touch of lavender. Soft and creamy palate, a hint of sweetness and honeyed flavours but balanced by a good sense of freshness, no alcoholic presence and rather long finish.
