Pale colour with a copper hue and a gentle mousse. Certainly litchi on the nose with some tropical notes, aromatically there´s honey notes even if the palate remains bone dry. The palate is light, structured like a Prosecco with a mild creaminess, balanced with a good freshness and fine persistency. First time tasting this kind of beverage thus hard to judge but really well-done is my first impression.
