Intense aromas of mint, fresh herbs and linden leaf, slightly balsamic with white fleshed fruit notes. Gently creamy with some honey flavours, good grip, a slight tannic sensation adding lift, and length, Prosecco-like texture with pure flavours, interesting indeed. First time tasting this kind of beverage thus hard to judge but really well-done is my first impression.
