Bright young straw colour with a light copper hue and vivid young bubbles. Fine purity, some chalky notes, ripe citrus, pink grape, plum, pear, gingerbread and some pastry notes. Good volume and generosity with a creamy backbone, well integrated acidity, classic dosage level, red fruit flavours and a good level of persistency.
