Bright light copper colour with small, vivid bubbles. Vinous and complex nose, fine reduction, toast with autolytic notes of nougat, almond, brioche, citrus zest, and fine oak-derived spice. Bone-dry palate with good bite and freshness, no noticeable dosage and well-kept acidity, a fine layer of bitterness adds lift and length, layered with some creamy/brioche and wood derived notes with crisp fruit, sweet citrus and a mellow mousse. Complex and intriguing with great purity and length.
