Bright straw colour towards light golden. Layered nose blending some oak-derived spiciness, clove, vanilla, toast with wild herbs, citrus, mint and white-fleshed fruit. Textured with a fine backbone of fine tannin/bitterness giving lift, fresh and vibrant fruit with zesty and herbal flavours, good oak integration and a long lingering finish.
